Royce teaches workshops internationally. His three areas of speciality focus on the Meisner Technique, Acting with Passion (also called Armour Releasing) and the bodywork techniques of Tanaka Min. He also incorporates at times the work of martial arts, from Kali, JKD and R.A.T., which he studied extensively under Sifu Clive Whitworth. 

While Royce has done workshops for people not seeking a career path in the arts, generally his material is aimed at performers working professionally or planning to enter the professional industry. Royce has and continues to work with professional members of the business community on leadership skills.
